The staff's behavior was not ideal, with rude interactions detracting from the stay. On the brighter side, the animation team was fantastic and made the nights enjoyable with great shows.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel; the beach was one of the best I've seen, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my entire visit. My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location was beautiful, right by the beach and perfect for snorkeling. The staff were friendly and a few of them really stood out for their exceptional service. However, the dining options were repetitive and could use a lot more variety, which was disappointing. Additionally, the check-out experience was extremely frustrating, making what could have been a wonderful holiday feel quite sour.
