the hotel is close to the airport. the service was great. the animation team was super. they have good food and the beach is awesome.
the alcoholic drinks dont taste nice. half the time you can't tell what spirit it is in the drink. it was disappointing and i hardly drank anything all week. my partner said the beer was nice, but sadly i'm not a beer drinker.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. I found food to be tasty and varied. The staff is great. The swimming pool is heated and wonderful.
The front desk manager did not seem very friendly. They don't seem to like anyone that wants to complain.

The hotel had VERY clean grounds. The gardens were maintained well. The beach was beautiful and offered plenty of sun loungers.
The minibar did not include sparkling wine. I did not get a welcome drink. I had to wait a long time for drinks at the bar.

The hotel design and its location were very nice. the staff were consistently friendly and polite. cleaning was constantly done throughout the hotel. the food was varied and delicious. It was amazing!!! we were very satisfied with our stay and found everything met our needs.
The alcoholic drinks did not taste nice. You could hardly tell which spirit was in the drinks. this was disappointing, so i hardly drank all week.
